Counselling can take many forms from eating disorders to stress, from bereavement to anger. Counselling does not show a weakness in character as many people think but with the increasing stresses and strains of modern day life, for many it is vital.

Although called Christian counselling, you do not have to be a Christian to attend any counselling sessions.
