We are convinced, personally and biblically, that heart felt anointed praise and worship communicates intimately with God and draws us into his tangible presence in a way that many are yet to experience, and can lead to breakthroughs in peoples lives where “Heaven comes down” and folk are filled with the Holy Spirit and touched by God’s glory.

Pastor Del Bearfoot

Del was initially a cabaret performer and worked in variety along side many famous people before becoming a Christian in 1987. He has been in church leadership for 19 years and more recently served for 9 years as an ‘AOG’ Senior Pastor at Wellspring Pentecostal Church, Welling. From the outset, Del’s ministry was music evangelism and he and his wife Carol have seen many come to Christ world wide through their ministry and have experienced many miraculous healings. In 2008, after seeing their Church flourish and grow, God called Del and Carol back into this evangelical ministry. Del, together with Pete Kot, have written the gospel songs, which they have introduced into church worship.

Carol Bearfoot GRSM (Carol Anne Wells)

Carol graduated from The Royal College of Music in London and is well known as a pianist and singer in the entertainment industry and is now Musical Lady Ratling.

Carol and Del met whilst working through BBC’s Pebble Mill’s showcase and married in 1979. Sadly, their marriage began to break down and it was after attending an evangelical outreach that they asked God into their hearts and He began the process of healing and restoring their marriage and subsequently called them together into Ministry.

Carol was Worship Leader at “Wellspring” and believes passionately in the power of Praise and Worship” and leads seminars on the subject.

Peter Kot

Initially a classically trained guitarist, he was awarded a place at the Royal College of Music, London but found that his love for music faded and he decided to relinquish his college place and did not play guitar again until 2001 when he came to faith and has hardly stopped playing since!

Pete was the Worship Leader at “Wellspring” until recently, when God called him out to another church. He is now part of the Worship Team at the Belvedere Baptist Church. He has also worked for the local council in Social work.

He co writes the gospel songs with Del and feels called to take the blessing of worship to other churches and events.

Diane Kot

Diane has a great heart for praise and worship and was one of the worship leaders at Wellspring until her move to Belvedere Baptist Church along with Pete, and is also now a part of their worship team. She has spent many years working with the elderly and more recently with those who have mental health problems and learning difficulties.

Diane met Pete through their work and they married in 1986. Together they have 2 children, Victoria and Aaron. Diane also feels passionately about blessing people with praise and worship and leading them closer to the heart of God.

Although non-denominational, the members of Heavenly Rain Ministries are affiliated to the AOG and Harbour Ministries and respect their statement of faith
